1. Controller

2. Data processed
- Identification and contact data submitted in commercial, support or contracting forms.
- Subscription and billing data, including email, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status and invoicing metadata.
- Authentication and session data needed to access the billing panel and the creator-search console.
- The API access credentials entered in the search interface are used to request the token on your behalf; the raw password and client secret are not retained in plain text after authentication.
- Technical logs and security-related data required to prevent abuse, investigate incidents and protect the service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To respond to requests, demos or pre-contractual communications: pre-contractual steps requested by the user.
- To provide access to the subscribed service, manage the account and enforce usage limits: performance of the contract.
- To manage invoicing, accounting and tax obligations: compliance with legal obligations.
- To protect the platform, detect fraud and maintain security: legitimate interest.
4. Recipients and processors
Data may be disclosed to providers strictly necessary for the service, such as hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery services and Stripe as payment processor. Data may also be disclosed where legally required.
5. International transfers
When Stripe or other processors located outside the European Economic Area intervene, any international transfer will be carried out under the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
6. Retention periods
- Commercial or support enquiries: for the time needed to manage the request and, as a rule, for up to 12 months afterwards.
- Customer and subscription data: while the contractual relationship remains active and thereafter for the applicable legal retention periods.
- Search-console authentication data: while the session remains active and, where persistent login is enabled, for the maximum configured cookie lifetime.
7. Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing Pending completion before publishing. . You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

If the service scope, integrations or data flows change, this policy will be updated before those changes are put into production.
